Credit card orders are processed by PayPal, but no PayPal account is required to pay via credit card.
All shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight of the order. No additional handling fees are included in the cost.

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 7-10 business days after the order has shipped.

International orders are delivered by the US Postal service to your local postal carrier within 7 - 14 days. Your local postal carrier then makes final delivery. Local delivery times vary from location to location. Because USPS First Class Mail International does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation after your order leaves the United States, we will not guarantee delivery of your items in a timely manner nor will we offer refunds if your item is not delivered. If your local mail service is not reliable, please notify us and we will make alternate shipping arrangements.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. International items must include accurate cost information and be marked as merchandise for customs. We can not legally mark your item as a gift.

Include in your e-mail a complete list of the missing or defective part and your complete mailing address. Replacements typically take 10 - 14 days.
Unopened product may be returned to Soda Pop for full store credit within 14 days of receipt, less shipping. To arrange a return contact email@example.com.
